BH Advisory was founded in 2025 by partners Bhagyesh and Harshita, senior investment bankers who built their careers at leading global institutions advising on some of the largest and most complex transactions across Europe.

They recognised a clear gap in the market: mid-sized European companies — the true backbone of the continent’s economy — were too often served by junior teams with limited direct access to experienced partners.

Their founding mandate was straightforward: create a true boutique where every client receives dedicated attention from senior practitioners who have sat on the other side of the table. No pyramid structures. No junior analysts driving your process. Just institutional-quality advice delivered with the agility, focus and personal commitment of a specialist firm.

Today, our geographic focus remains firmly on Europe, with deep expertise across the UK, DACH region, France and Benelux. We also specialise in cross-border mandates where European companies engage international buyers, bringing nuanced understanding of regulatory frameworks, cultural dynamics and commercial realities that determine deal success.
